Preliminary Meeting/Information GatheringPrior to meeting, CES will ask our clients to have a clear, concise job description completed, determine the skills level necessary, and the responsibility level.  Our search consultant will answer any questions you have about CES and explain our contract in detail.  We’ll cover our expectations from you, as a client and what you can expect from us.

Follow UpA target candidate profile will be created and communicated to the client via email or in person.  The client will review for completeness.  It’s important to remember, the target candidate profile needs to be definitive, yet flexible.  Also, the profile will state what is preferred as opposed to necessary.

 

 

Conduct SearchCES will select the recruiting methods we feel will be best suited in locating the “right” candidate.

Interviews/Background Check/Education VerificationOur search consultants will conduct preliminary interviews, background checks, and education verifications on all potential candidates prior to the client’s interviews. 

Client InterviewsThe client will need to determine how many interviews will be necessary at the firm and whom the candidate(s) will see.  The process should be done as quickly as possible in order to hold the interest of the 1st candidate interviewed.

FeedbackThe search consultant will follow up with the manager to determine how well the interview went and what, if any, are the concerns.  This will then be properly communicated to the candidate by the search consultant.  Feedback should be received from all individuals conducting interviews.

Make an OfferThe offer should be communicated to the search consultant.  The consultant will pass the offer on to the candidate.  Once the offer is verbally accepted, the candidate will sign a formal letter from your firm, at CES.  CES will then forward the letter to the client.

AcceptanceIt’s important to have the candidate start as soon as possible.  This leaves less time for the individual to change his mind, negotiate with their current employer, or receive offers from other opportunities.  The search consultant will work with you and the candidate to make a seamless transition.
