The search consultant will develop an understanding of your business, its objectives/goals, the department, the skills set of the position, the reason for the vacancy, and develop the target candidate profile. The Search. The search begins immediately. We understand time is of the essence. Not only will we search the pool of candidates in the job market, but we will use our vast resources to contact potential candidates that fit the target candidate profile. |

Prepared Candidates. The potential candidates you interview will be fully prepared to meet your expectations. This will allow the client the opportunity to spend more significant time on fewer candidates to see how well he/she will integrate in their department/company. Increased Communication. Sometimes miscommunication can occur between our clients and the potential candidates. We bridge the gap and help clarify any concerns/questions the client or candidate has. Acceptance of the Offer. Once you have chosen a candidate, the offer should be presented to CES. In turn, we will present this to the candidate. Our goal is to close the deal and have the candidate ready for employment as soon as possible.
